- The prices quoted for optional services apply for a contract term of one year or more
- Price increases are excluded during the term of the contract. Billing takes place at the beginning of the usage period at the agreed interval, i.e. annually or monthly
- The license agreement is automatically extended by the agreed period if it is not terminated up to 2 weeks before expiry.
- The reimbursement of license fees during the term is excluded.
